Canelo Alvarez Training For 1st Round KO In Gennady Golovkin Rematch

Much has also been made of the judges for the upcoming super fight, after the performance of the officials came in for ridicule and criticism after their first fight in September of previous year.

But the Kazakh destroyer was denied a 39th consecutive victory after being held to a controversial draw by Mexican rival Saul "Canelo" Alvarez in September previous year. However, that was scrapped after Canelo failed a drug test for the banned substance, clenbuterol.

The bout was originally slated for May 5th earlier this year.

The fight last fall ended in a swirl of controversy after judge Dave Moretti scored it 115-113 for Golovkin; while Don Trella saw it a 114-114 and Adelaide Byrd favored Alvarez 118-110.

Oddsmakers are expecting the fight to go the distance again.

Golovkin said when Alvarez and his team approached him, "All I could feel was fear from them, and I think they did it so I couldn't look into his eyes and he couldn't look into mine".

A year ago, this was the biggest fight in the world.

The pink and purple gradient finish for the device looks unlike anything we have seen from Samsung in the color department before. It is also expected to have an upgraded dual rear camera setup and a larger battery than what was found on the Galaxy Note 8 .

"At the moment I put him in the top five, and the only reason I don't put him any higher is because he needs that fight that people recognize, the signature fight or legacy fight", Sanchez said.

Golovkin is from Kazakhstan, but markets himself as a Mexican-style boxer, who fights with heart, courage and a hunger for the knockout. Despite the draw, Golovkin retained his WBA (Super), WBC, and IBO middleweight titles.

He has been tested repeatedly in the weeks leading up to Saturday's fight and insists, "I've turned the page", on his positive test and suspension. At the same time it produced some hard feelings between the two fighters over Alvarez's contention that it was caused by eating contaminated meat in his native Mexico. But both fighters seem determined not to let it be decided by the ringside judges. That means both fighters will need to take more chances than in the first bout, which was close and entertaining but had no dramatic knockdowns or memorable big punches. "In order to win a fight you have to want to win a fight".

"Tomorrow is a real war".

"The error I made was there were some spots in the first fight where he was vulnerable and I didn't take advantage".

"I'm going to go in there to knock him out", Alvarez said.

Mexico's Alvarez (49-1-2, 34 knockouts) meanwhile came in at 159.4 pounds, well within the 160lb limit. "Every night before bed I visualize what I'm going to do, which is to get a knockout".
